Why Embroidery Pricing Varies

Unlike a printed tee, embroidery is priced by the stitch, not a flat rate. A small text logo on a polo costs very differently than a detailed multi-color design on a jacket back. That's why we don't list one price for "custom embroidery" — instead, we look at your actual design and quantity and quote it properly, so you're never overpaying for a simple logo or underpaying for a complex one.

Stitch count

More stitches (detailed logos, larger designs) take longer to run and cost more than simple text or small marks.

Garment & placement

Hats, polos, jackets, and bags all embroider differently — placement and hooping affect production time.
