Refund & Return Policy

We’re committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. If there's a mistake on our part—such as a printing error, a damaged product, or any issue within our control—we’ll make it right with a hassle-free refund or replacement.


Returns & Exchanges

General Policy
We typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect, missing, or arrives damaged.

Report Issues Promptly
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is incomplete or damaged, so we can address the issue accordingly.

Free Replacements
In cases of wrong, missing, or defective products, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Each case is evaluated individually to ensure the best resolution.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at info@customprinthouse.us. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back. Please do not send items without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Need to Cancel?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send your request via email to info@customprinthouse.us.

Timing Matters
For standard orders, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. For overnight or expedited orders, you must contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process cancellation requests made after these timeframes as your order will likely have already entered production.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@customprinthouse.us so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
