To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines:

• Max Sheet Size: 22" x 240"

• Preferred Format: PNG with transparent background

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI

• Color Profile: CMYK color mode for optimal color accuracy

Note: Files larger than 22x240 inches may lose quality. For oversized designs, please split and upload in sections.

🔥 DTF Heat Press Instructions

Recommended Press Settings:

• Pressure: Medium to firm

• Temperature:

  • Cotton/Blends: 139°C (282°F)

  • Polyester: 135°C (275°F) (lower temp to avoid scorching)

• Time:

  • Cotton/Blends: 9–10 seconds

  • Polyester: 6–8 seconds

• Peel Method: Hybrid – peel hot for speed or cold for cleaner edges

💡 Pro Tips for Best Results:

• After peeling, place parchment paper or a Teflon sheet on top and repress for 5–7 seconds to seal and enhance durability.

• Pre-press the fabric for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

🧺 DTF Aftercare Instructions

To keep your transfer looking fresh:

• Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash

• Turn garment inside out before washing

• Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle

• Use mild, bleach-free detergent

• Avoid fabric softener

• Air dry when possible; otherwise, use low heat

• Never iron directly over the transfer
